What’s in the Box?

In a similar vein to the Half-Life 2-esque sci-fi viral we blogged about a while back, What’s in the Box? is a special effects tour de force by a couple of Dutch student lads messing around with film, scaling and background matte geekology in their bedrooms (presumably). An apocalyptic vision of provincial Holland set to a soundtrack of choppers, guns and walkie-talkie voices, it has attracted almost 800 000 Youtube hits in its short life, as well as the interest of 20th Century Fox, no less! Still no sure what’s in that box though. Thoughts?
