Imaginary Forces art director Karin Fong directs the main titles and special sequences for Magic Trip – a movie about Ken Kesey‘s legendary, LSD-infused 1964 road trip from California to New York. Fong visualizes Kesey’s altered state of mind. But you won’t be seeing any “crazy rainbow CG flying unicorns.” Instead, analogue, lo-fi techniques defined the movie’s psychedelic aesthetic.
